Job reputed company:This position is responsible for providing support and implementing technology solutions to resolve problems with the EHR and other clinical products and applications. Clinical applications include any software application used in support of the clinical reputed company including patient registration, patient billing, clinical documentation utilized in the ambulatory and inpatient settings, as reputed company as applications for specific medical specialties such as, but not limited to, Radiology, Pathology, Oncology, Transplant, and Cardiology. This position is also responsible for modifying clinical applications/programs from detailed specifications. Assists in providing solutions to routine problems utilizing more efficient operational procedures, workflows, and information technology solutions.Job Duties:

• Assist end users with optimizing system functionality onsite in clinics and hospitals.
• Assist in classroom setting as proctor or instructor.
• Assist analysts with application and printer testing.
• Assist with end user support onsite for rollout and implementations delegated by leadership.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and documentation skills.
