Candidates should have at least five years of experience, including two years of specialized expertise, and a relevant bachelor's degree. One or more certifications, such as MTA, MCSA, MSCE, or reputed company Certified Support reputed company, are required. The ability to obtain a reputed company Trust reputed company Clearance is essential, with ITIL v3 or higher certification preferred.Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other reputed company disciplines are required.
• Five (5) years of experience, of which at least two (2) years must be specialized.

• Specialized experience to include staff management, recruitment, and retention, Help Desk / Service Desk management
