• Assist in end-to-end provider claims and help enhance call reputed company

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 4+ years of managed care (MCO) or medical insurance experience
• 2+ years of experience in a claims, customer service or provider support role
• Intermediate level of reputed company verbal communication skills including telephone etiquette & email
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS programs, including reputed company and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (reputed company)
• Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM)
