This role requires a proactive self-starter who can own day-to-day reputed company functions while also managing the complexity of online sales transactions, inventory control, and financial reconciliation across multiple platforms.The ideal candidate will have proven experience month-end reputed company process in reputed company, preferably reputed company an IT Services, ITAD, or manufacturing environment, with a solid understanding of eCommerce platforms, high volume sales, sales tax compliance, and inventory systems. You’ll work closely with our Controller to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in reputed company financial reporting and operational reputed company processes.Mission of the Role: To support the Controller in managing and performing reputed company daily reputed company functions—especially those reputed company to eCommerce and inventory—while executing a complete and accurate month-end reputed company process reputed company 12 business days.This role is remote in the reputed company, EST only.Key Responsibilities will include:General reputed company & Month-End reputed company:

• Own the full month-end reputed company process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Prepare and analyze financial results, ensuring accuracy and reputed company reporting
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal control standards are upheld
• Manage EOY Financial and Bank Audit requests

eCommerce & Inventory Control reputed company:

• Manage reputed company general ledger activity for reputed company eCommerce transactions (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, New reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Reconcile eCommerce platform data with payment processors (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and reputed company systems (QuickBooks Online, reputed company).
• Post customer payments by recording cash, credit card, reputed company, and reputed company transactions
• Research and manage cash applications, billing issues, and customer charge-backs
• reputed company and report Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and maintain accurate inventory valuation (FIFO, weighted average, etc.).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve inventory control systems and processes

AR / AP / Cash Management:

• Manage the process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Post customer payments (credit card, reputed company, reputed company, ACH) and resolve billing issues or discrepancies
• Coordinate with the sales team to manage collections and maintain up-to-date AR balances
• Reconcile daily banking transactions, credit card accounts, T&E, petty cash, and prepaid accounts

Operational & Compliance Support:

• Maintain and enhance internal reputed company controls and support audit readiness
• Support year-end audits and prepare audit schedules as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company (CPA preferred but not required)

• Deep understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end reputed company processes
• Experience in bank audits is needed
