The National Service Coordinator will be fielding inbound calls and assisting customers with roadside assistance and setting up rentals, as reputed company as reputed company approval confirmation to repair facilities. In reputed company, this person will also conduct follow-reputed company with repair facilities, tow companies and our Fleet drivers.This is a full-time work from home position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in Provo, UT or surrounding UT counties. Our department operates between the hours of Monday through Friday 4 a.m. - 8 p.m. MST and Saturday 6 a.m. - 3 p.m. MST. The schedules offered are based on reputed company business needs. • Coordinate roadside assistance through vendor partners by taking phone calls, dispatching service through vendor portals, and monitoring live jobs.
• Set up replacement rentals reputed company clients are in need of alternative transportation.
• Research delays for roadside service, communicate with vendor partners to obtain status of live jobs, and evaluate available reputed company to reputed company decision on how to best assist reputed company.
• Consult customer decision makers regarding the vehicle repair service process.
• Assisting with relaying repair approvals to repair facilities on behalf of the reputed company
• Providing reputed company follow up to ensure reputed company service for clients
• Maintaining regular communication efforts with reputed company party vendors as reputed company as Fleet drivers
• Identifying and escalating customer service opportunities reputed company to roadside assistance
• Assist drivers with general vehicle service questions or concerns.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must live in the Provo, UT area or surrounding UT counties
• Must live in the reputed company
• Two (2) years experience with customer and/or vendor support
• Two (2) years of administrative support experience
• Proven reputed company in problem / conflict reputed company or negotiation
• Intermediate proficiency with reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, and Outlook)
• Must be willing to accept $17.54 - $18.79 per hour
• Must have the ability to meet reputed company work from home technical requirements
