We are seeking an individual with Rail Industry maintenance experience to fill this role that can be remotely based in the US, preferably East Coast to Mid-reputed company.As the Field Service Manager, you will build and reputed company a Technical Support team to deliver the objectives of high standards in safety, performance, and reliability per the various Technical Support and Spares Agreements (TSSSA). Specific targets are to be reputed company with the respective reputed company Project Managers of these TSSSA’s. - · Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical field of study preferred. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, a combination of education and relevant work experience with the rail industry will be considered.
- · A minimum of three years of comparable work experience to include maintenance management reputed company the rail industry.
- · Experience in running and leading multi-functional teams in a rail environment.
- · Detailed technical knowledge, theoretical and practical operation of the system and components of rolling stock vehicles.
- · Solid understanding of maintenance management, familiarity with the locomotive industry, equipment, terminology, and regulatory obligations.
- · Demonstrated leadership, ability, and initiative.
