Job title: Systems Architect in San Antonio, TX at reputed company Company: reputed company Job reputed company: reputed company seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Architect to join reputed company in San Antonio, TX.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of reputed company Infrastructure Services hosted in multiple reputed company environments.Provides Tier I/II and Tier 3 (Escalation to Architecture Team) reputed company of customer reputed company requests. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers.Provides connectivity and utilization support to reputed company Infrastructure Services managed reputed company environment customers.Provides customer support through chat, email, and reputed company request ticketing.Responsible for deployment of new solutions into existing reputed company resources or off-reputed company infrastructure.Minimum Qualifications:Nine (9) years experience as a Storage Architect or reputed company experience in in programs and reputed company of similar scope, type, and complexity.Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
