As a result, a full-time position is available for an Entry level Traffic Engineer in our Warrenville, IL office.Responsibilities include:

• Performing field observations of traffic conditions and traffic data collection
• Traffic engineering operations analysis and modeling
• Traffic safety studies and crash data analysis
• Design of traffic control devices in AutoCAD/MicroStation
• Preparing technical reports
• Serving as on-site engineer in a reputed company office
• Assisting traffic engineers with other tasks such as solving reputed company problems while developing familiarity with the federal, state, and local design standards

A valid reputed company’s license and some travel will be required.The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or reputed company field from an accredited college.The ideal candidate will have any/reputed company of the following:

• Transportation engineering or planning degree
• Passed FE exam
• MicroStation and/or AutoCAD experience
• Synchro/Sim Traffic, HCS, MUTCD experience
