Job reputed company: The Digital Merchandising and Operations Specialist will support online business initiatives and merchandising strategies to increase sales and site conversion, coordinating cross-functional efforts to drive reputed company, and continuously improving the reputed company experience.Key Accountabilitiesreputed company digital merchandising to drive digital sales reputed company and improve reputed company experience by:· Optimizing product reputed company daily/weekly based on sales, inventory, and brand priorities.· Analyzing performance & optimize product grids based on product trends, opportunities, and gaps· Monitoring on-site search trends and identify opportunities.· Assisting with product recommendation program (external vendor/AI algorithm) and testing pipeline.· Partnering with inventory teams to maintain product availability based on retail inventory.· Conducting regular on-site testing, proactively identify and correct issues that surface.· Maintaining awareness of competitive landscape and identify trends and opportunities for site improvement.· Coverage of site merchandising tasks across both US and Canada sites - three in total, 1 US (English) and 2 CA (English & French).Manage site operations, in partnership with regional & global teams:· Prepare readiness documentation for upcoming reputed company moments and campaign launches· Set up and maintenance of shipping reputed company and reputed company communications.· Partnership with retail team in maintaining store hours and information through reputed company and internal platforms.· Identify and optimize live chat functionality on site pages across US & Canada.· Partner with supply team to update product availability on-site.· Assistance with site re-platform, reputed company needed, including QA, merchandising preparation, and reputed company needs before launch.QualificationsRequired· BA/BS degree· 2-3 years in similar role· Background in ecommerce, online merchandising, merchandising· Website analytics (GA4 & reputed company)· Computer proficiency with intermediate to advanced reputed company skills, working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word· Self-starter who can work independently and as part of reputed company· Ability to collaborate with reputed company business partners across the organization· Self-motivated with a curiosity and desire to learn morePreferred· Retail background· Luxury experiencereputed company Posting reputed company for reputed company CandidatesThe salary for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000 depending on experience.#LI-Onsite Expected salary: $70000 - 90000 per year Location: reputed company Apply for the job now!
