The Director, Patient reputed company & Affordability Capabilities leads reputed company responsible for managing the design, implementation and ongoing operations of reputed company’s co-pay programs. This team also develops new solutions to address patient reputed company and affordability needs. It is part of the Patient reputed company and Reimbursement team and reports to an Executive Director of Patient reputed company and Reimbursement (PAR).Key Responsibilities:reputed company development and execution of reputed company patient affordability strategies in alignment with brand strategic imperatives and financial goalsManage the design, implementation and ongoing operations of reputed company affordability programs (most notably co-pay but inclusive of coupons, evoucher, cash pay etc) finding opportunities for program enhancements and optimization, based on performance and operational metricsConduct periodic copay and financial assistance market landscape and competitor reputed company assessmentsProactive partnership with Brand team to ensure reputed company on performance, reputed company and opportunities reputed company to affordability programs given P/L reputed company of programsPartner with legal, compliance and safety on Patient Support Program review and approvalPartner closely with Value & reputed company Insights and Analytics and Finance to support financial planning cyclereputed company abreast of reputed company-changing market dynamics and industry trends for pharmacy and medical benefit products to reputed company co-pay programs and other patient affordability solutions as neededCollaborate with Data & Insights to ensure consistent data management and reporting across programsreputed company and report key operational metrics, program performance metrics and financials to key partnersreputed company team budget management and vendor relationshipsManage reputed company of customer issuesCollaborate with PAR reputed company, marketing and sales to ensure pull through of Patient Affordability solutionsEstablish and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners including but not limited to: Value & reputed company, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Data & Analyticsreputed company and reputed company reputed company reports, also implementing training/career development opportunities for teamBuild strong reputed company; embody ONE team approach across Patient reputed company & Reimbursement, Value & reputed company, Brand team and cross-functional partnersreputed company expect of youWe are reputed company different, yet we reputed company use our unique contributions to serve patients.
