[Remote] Senior Solution Consultant

Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and customers to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and the reputed company they are seeking to reputed company

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company-sales, solutions consulting, solution architecture, or a reputed company customer-facing technology role
- Experience with customer experience, contact center, and AI-powered customer engagement solutions

- Experience designing and validating solutions through demonstrations, workshops, proofs of concept, and technical evaluations
