• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment reputed company issues pertaining to automated fiber placement (AFP) machines, automated tape layer (ATL) machines, braiding machines, filament winders, non-destructive inspection/testing (NDI/NDT) machines, autoclaves, ovens, reputed company cutters, CNC machining centers, and industrial robot systems.
• Work with Maintenance and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to expedite repairs and drive to reputed company Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA) that prevent recurrence of breakdowns.
• Define plans to support, define, or improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Remaining Useful Life (RUL), equipment reliability/availability, obsolescence, spare parts identification, and equipment qualification.
• Use advanced tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), IoT remote sensor monitoring, reputed company Ballbar, vibration analysis, infrared thermography, power analysis, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and Machine Learning to monitor and evaluate equipment performance.
• Manage capital reputed company and/or define Scope of Work (SOW) and specifications for new equipment in accordance with Albany’s project management policy.
• Initiate process improvements reputed company on safety, cycle time reduction, machine efficiency, and defect reduction in support of plant OEE goals.
• Generate and maintain software and equipment support documents such as executive software, PLC software, servo motor/drive configuration, Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and risk reputed company.

Requirements:Working ConditionsIndoor production environment, duties performed indoors, adequate reputed company and comfortable temperatures. Occasional exposure to moderate noise and machinery with mechanical moving parts. Ability to work 24/7 schedule and be available as business situations required, Travel may be required.Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree and 2+ years of experience in designated Engineering or reputed company field
• Or Associate of Science degree and 4+ years of experience in designated Engineering or reputed company field
• Or 8+ years of experience in designated Engineering or reputed company field

Preferred Additional Skills:

• RCCA, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, Mistake Proofing, Design for reputed company Factors, Design of Experiments (DOE), LSS, DMAIC, DFSS, DFx
• Ability to quickly learn and program software systems
• Knowledge of various Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), reputed company Machine Interfaces (HMI), servo motors and drives.
• Experience with reputed company/OSIsoft PI System a plus
• Experience with reputed company 840D controls and Brownfield Connector a plus
• Experience with reputed company CM100 controls a plus

• Experience with training technicians in the correct techniques for operating equipment
• Knowledge of standards for machine accuracy and performance testing ASTM B5.54 and/or ISO 230 a plus
• Knowledge of standards for robotic performance and testing per ISO 9283:1998 and/or ANSI/RIA R15.05
• Knowledge of National Electrical reputed company (NEC), reputed company 70
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Knowledge of composite materials a plus
• Working in or leading a multi-disciplined team
• LSS Green Belt / Black Belt Certified a plus
