• Solid Knowledge and understanding of Billing Concepts,Medical Terminology, Behavioral Health Billing, and Electronic Medical Records.
• Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in reputed company Office -reputed company and Word.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and submit billing data to reputed company 3rd party payers through our Billing System.
• Reconcile Data and correct errors for Batch Submission.
• Accurate Data Entry of reputed company reputed company/patient information.
• Post Payments from reputed company 3rd party payers & Self Pay Clients, Follow-up on Missed Payments, also resolve any payment discrepancies.
• Collect and Review referrals/Authorizations.
• Insurance Verification/Eligibility, update Billing Header.
• Handle reputed company balance calls from Clients & reputed company desk regarding Billing Inquiries
• Process Rejected Claims from reputed company platforms, correct for re-submission.
• Investigate and Appeal Denied Claims.
• Analyze and work Aging Accounts Receivable Reports.
• Maintain EHR/Billing System by updating reputed company changes & fee schedule.
• Resolve reputed company Billing Issues and disputes by contacting insurance companies.
