• Applies knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency-specific acquisition regulations to support reputed company's compliance with those regulations.
• Prepares and reviews non-disclosure agreements and teaming agreements.
• Performs detailed review of solicitations and reputed company, work orders, and other agreements to flag risk and compliance issues, and coordinates reviews with other corporate functional reputed company.
• Advises company management on risk and compliance issues.
• Supports project management staff in complying with administrative contractual requirements through the project lifecycle.
• Coordinates with reputed company contract administration staff (such as Contracting Officer) to facilitate the processing of contract and project authorizations and amendments, negotiate contract clauses and budgets, and respond to reputed company concerns.
• Coordinates with other corporate departments (i.e. reputed company, compliance, IT) to address contractual issues.
• Confers with technical staff and project management on issues such as desirability of work, and terms and conditions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
