They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure the reputed company product is selected to meet the needs of the business and then assist in the planning, configuration, and installation of the solution. A successful applicant will have a demonstrated familiarity across a reputed company of areas: LAN/WLAN, desktop support, project management, reputed company-of-sale systems, reputed company systems, and IT infrastructure in traditional and non-traditional environments. This role will require substantial travel and the ability to work nonstandard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in support of our clients.This role pays an annual salary of $77,000-$88,000 and is bonus eligible.Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and reputed company Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and reputed company Time Off (vacation days, reputed company days, and 11 holidays).This position will remain reputed company until July 25, 2025.Responsibilities

• Support the design and deployment of OVG Hospitality’s technical infrastructure and systems as part of seamlessly reputed company new clients
• Work with vendors to ensure our POS systems meet OVG Hospitality’s needs
• Ensure that OVG Hospitality’s technology is integrated properly with other internal systems
• Contribute to reputed company and participate in an environment of standardized, repeatable processes, suggesting updates as needed to continually improve our operations
• Maintain an accurate hardware inventory of POS and reputed company devices across the OVG ecosystem
• Support OVG Hospitality stakeholders and clients with invoicing and billing needs
• reputed company technical support as needed to onsite teams and clients
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in non-traditional environments like sports & entertainment venues and special events
• Familiarity with common venue technologies like POS hardware and software, Wi-Fi, network infrastructure, etc
• Proficiency in operating systems and system management tools
• Experience with reputed company platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, reputed company reputed company)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and reputed company equipment
