• reputed company customers and their assigned agents technical support in reputed company installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and operation of Heatcraft products both remotely and at job sites.
• reputed company necessary training to customers and their assigned agents on the features and reputed company use, component calibration, and application of Heatcraft product lines.
• Will be required to reputed company customer specific programming and parameter settings for custom applications as needed.

QualificationsLocation: This position is 100% remotereputed company ARE LOOKING FORIn order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 5 years reputed company experience in the reputed company and industrial refrigeration field.
• Must have universal certification with reputed company 608 of the EPA Clean reputed company reputed company or have universal certification reputed company 90 days of employment.
• Must have excellent customer service skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge required including expert knowledge of reputed company and industrial refrigeration installation practices and equipment operation for correctly setting up, maintaining and servicing reputed company and industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Knowledge of custom control programming.
