This role is crucial in ensuring UTMB complies with Medicare, reputed company, and Tricare hospital cost reporting regulations and in doing so contributes to the overall financial health of the organization.Essential Job Functions:

• Assists in the preparation of Medicare, reputed company, and Tricare annual cost reports.
• Assists with Government Reimbursements’ month-end preparation of interim Medicare/reputed company settlement estimates.
• Provides support and documentation needed by various auditors, such as independent, Medicare, and reputed company.
• Assists in the preparation of reputed company applications reputed company to topics such as DSH and Uncompensated Care.
• Assists in annual wage reputed company reviews.
• Maintains reputed company knowledge of Medicare and reputed company reimbursement and cost reporting laws, regulations, and reputed company instructions.
• Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
• Performs reputed company duties as required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (e.g. Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint).
• Requires excellent organization and task-prioritization skills.

Work Schedule :

• Hybrid (in-office/remote) role as determined by leadership.
• Required to work evenings and weekends, in reputed company to a regular schedule, during the Medicare Cost Report period, if necessary, to meet federal filing deadlines.
