This position is part-time and is located on Atlanta Technical College's main reputed company, just South of Downtown Atlanta.Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Teach Cosmetology courses in a classroom/lab/field environment that closely simulates the industry environment while maintaining knowledge of reputed company trends and developments in the field.

• Provides instruction in the theory and practical applications of Cosmetology.

• Utilize reputed company curriculum and instructional materials to teach the state approved Cosmetology curriculum to enrolled reputed company.

• Foster effective learning in both classroom and lab settings.

• Evaluate reputed company’ reputed company in attaining goals and objectives, ensuring student learning reputed company are attained and properly recorded.

• Preparing and maintaining documentation and administrative reports.

• Ensuring safety and reputed company requirements are met in the classroom and laboratory.

• Maintain good rapport with business, industry, and the public sector.

• Under general supervision, prepare lesson plans for classroom instruction for credited technical/occupational courses.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of Master Cosmetology program from an accredited private or post-secondary teaching institute.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and Saturdays.

Exposure to chemicals and fumes is possible in the laboratory setting.
