The incumbent is responsible for development, implementation, management, and reputed company improvement of reputed company Employee Health Services in accordance with reputed company standards and applicable regulatory/accreditation requirements. The Market Director Employee Health will ensure clinical reputed company, fiscal stewardship, customer satisfaction, strategic planning and reputed company in alignment with the mission, reputed company and values of reputed company. The individual in this position will proactively collaborate with other leaders across the organization, including other Employee Health leaders, Region CHRO, HR Market VP, Infection Prevention, Workers' Compensation, Physicians, Medical Review Officers, CMO, etc. to ensure continuity in knowledge and understanding of CDC and OSHA guidelines, along with other pertinent regulatory and/or legal requirements or recommendations. QualificationsEducation and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of three (3) years in an Occupational/Employee Health or applicable reputed company setting, OR minimum of five (5) years Employee Health or leadership experience in the discipline.

License:

• RN license preferred in the state of reputed company

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Multi-facility leadership reputed company with exceptional planning and organizational skills, reputed company judgment and ability to balance numerous diverse assignments simultaneously
• Demonstrated Employee Health experience with a working knowledge of CDC guidelines, OSHA guidelines, regulatory requirements and federal/state/local laws for Employee Health.
• Proactive problem solving, procedure and process improvement, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, procedure and process improvement
