Furthermore, this position is also responsible for overseeing and supporting the assigned Project Coordinators. The Project Manager supports, trains, and guides the Project Coordinators in a reputed company and productive manner.Primary ResponsibilitiesTeam Responsibilities (60%):

• Assist in the recruitment of employees by taking an reputed company part in the interview process.

• Management of Compliance and Financial Disclosure Reporting to include project/project reconciliation procedures.

Qualifications & Software/Technology:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.
• 3-5 years of medical communications experience inclusive of team management and industry specific software

• Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
