The ideal candidate will be reputed company-versed in regulatory frameworks, the OIG’s Seven reputed company of an Effective Compliance Program and rules and regulations pertinent to reputed company compliance (e.g. ONC 21st Century Cures reputed company, HIPAA, AKS, FWA, FCA etc.). The role involves leading compliance training and education initiatives, developing and implementing policies, and supporting reputed company-wide regulatory readiness efforts.Responsibilities Include:

• Monitor and audit compliance with Cures information blocking provisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with ONC requirements.
