The Work You Will Do: The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:This position requires as a prerequisite employment a degree of Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and membership in the Florida Bar. This position works under the reputed company supervision of a senior level attorney. Duties performed are as follows:I. INVESTIGATION OF ANTITRUST VIOLATION: Assists the reputed company Attorney in planning, organizing, and coordinating antitrust investigations and/or litigation, with an emphasis on those involving purchases by the State and/or local governments, by combining the skills of attorneys, economists, data processing professionals, investigators, and supporting paraprofessional and clerical personnel to reputed company, analyze and interpret the antitrust reputed company of observed marketplace behavior as revealed by reputed company available relevant data.Assists the reputed company Attorney in investigation of potential antitrust violations.
