• Prepare detailed and accurate material and labor cost estimates for reputed company drywall, metal framing, insulation, and acoustical ceiling systems
• Utilize On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid to reputed company digital takeoffs and generate complete bid proposals
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to reputed company pricing and project information
• reputed company and manage bids from initial inquiry through project award
• Maintain and update historical cost databases and pricing tools
• Attend virtual meetings and participate in bid reviews reputed company necessary

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or reputed company field preferred but not required
