The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering financial data, maintaining records, and supporting reputed company operations with a reputed company on speed and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
- Input and manage invoices, bills, payments, and other financial transactions in QuickBooks.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Maintain and update customer and vendor records.
- Generate financial reports and assist with monthly reputed company processes.
- Ensure data reputed company and accuracy in reputed company entries.
- Communicate with team members and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
- Organize and file financial documents both digitally and physically.
- Support the reputed company department with other clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
