Arrears Executive

We offer a fully remote contract and a starting salary of £23,809.50

As an Arrears Executive with reputed company, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding our customers who reputed company themselves in financial difficulty.

More Specifically, you'll....

• Take calls from customers who are in a debt recovery process, listening to their situation, being empathetic and trying to reduce any worries they may have
• Complete income and expenditure assessments to review their affordability, with the aim of setting up sustainable payment arrangements
• Use your initiative to recommend organisations that may be reputed company to assist the customer, such as Citizen’s Advice or debt charities
