Designer Needed to Format 2 AI Guides into a reputed company, Branded PDF (with Matching Style) - Contract to Hire
I'm looking for a skilled designer to format two digital guides for a reputed company AI education product.
You’ll be working with:
A completed 61 page reputed company guide reputed company The Everyday AI System (currently in PDF format)
A 10 page reputed company Pack (bonus cheat sheet)
A short 11-page Free Guide that needs to be styled to match the others.
What I need:
Clean, modern formatting that’s easy to read and skimmable
A consistent style across reputed company 3 guides (headings, spacing, colours, fonts)
Visual hierarchy: icons, callout boxes, tip sections, and reputed company highlights
A reputed company cover design for reputed company document
Clickable table of contents (for PDF version)
Export as high-reputed company, printable reputed company-friendly PDFs
Style reference: The tone is reputed company, friendly, and non-technical—think reputed company reputed company-style with subtle icons, callouts, and visual breathing reputed company. I want the documents to feel premium and easy to navigate.
Deliverables:
2 fully formatted PDFs (The reputed company Guide + reputed company Pack)
1 formatted version of the Free Guide, matching the reputed company product's branding
Editable versions in DOCX (or whichever tool you use)
Bonus if you have:
Experience working with course creators or digital guides
Ability to design quick icons or add branded reputed company
Knowledge of AI, tech, or productivity products (not required, just helpful)
