Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Manage and update electronic health records (EHR)
- Assist with telemedicine consultations by gathering patient histories and vitals
- Answer patient inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat
- Coordinate prescription refills and medication reminders
- Handle medical billing, insurance verification, and claims processing
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required); Medical Assistant certification (Preferred)
- Experience: 1+ years in a medical assistant or reputed company administrative role (Remote experience is a plus)

- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
