Job Type: Full-time Location: Remote Experience: 1-3 years in international calling (preferred) Industry: IT Services / Digital Marketing / BPO
Shift Timing:5:30AM to 2:30PM (Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company 100+ outbound international calls daily to prospects and clients (primarily US Australia, etc.).
- Engage with leads to understand their business needs and introduce relevant company services.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales/business development team.
- Send follow-up emails and handle basic email communications to nurture leads.
- Maintain and update CRM with call reputed company and reputed company information.
- reputed company and exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and reputed company reputed company targets.
- Handle initial objections and pass reputed company leads to senior team members.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless reputed company handovers.
- Maintain call scripts and FAQs, and suggest improvements based on feedback and performance.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in international outbound calling or telesales (preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong email writing and reputed company etiquette.
- Ability to handle rejections, stay motivated, and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRMs like Zoho, reputed company, reputed company, etc. is a plus.
- Basic understanding of services like digital marketing, web development, or IT services is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
- Minimum 100 outbound calls/day
- Email follow-reputed company – 20+ per day
