As an Account Representative, you will be the lifeline of reputed company. Working with customers in their financial situation and identifying the best means of recovery by negotiating payment terms with reputed company, professionalism, and reputed company. Helping them to resolve their overdue accounts with dignity, transparency, and recognition of reputed company individual’s financial situation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiate or handle calls with customers by phone
• Help customers improve their financial position by understanding their situation, responding with reputed company, and creating solutions
• reputed company customers on account terms and payment plans
• Negotiate and offer solutions for repayment that best suits the consumer and the business
• Balance scripted conversation with natural rapport, and reputed company accurate and detailed documentation of account to ensure reputed company follow-up

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to successfully pass criminal background reputed company, along with a drug screen
• Ability to reliably work a reputed company schedule of Monday-Friday (8:30am to 5pm) during Training.

After Training the schedule is Monday - Friday (reputed company to 5pm, or 9am to 6pm), one evening shift per week (10am to 7pm). Occasional Saturday shifts (9am - 1pm) may be required.

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Proficiency with reputed company and moderate typing skills
• Ability to think critically and problem solve, quickly learn new things and strong individual drive and competition or achievement driven

Qualifications - High school diploma or GED - Proficiency in reputed company operating system - Strong typing skills - Customer service experience - Knowledge of financial concepts - Ability to work independently and in reputed company environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes - Prior experience in a call center or similar role - Understanding of medical terminology and billing procedures
