Job reputed company This unique position will assist with many departments and will reputed company our Customer Service departments and other departments reputed company reputed company, to reputed company customers with a one-person contact to reduce transferring calls from department to department. The position entails, but not limited to:

• Answering inbound calls, and emails for requests from customers and technicians
• reputed company alarm systems on test
• Change/update data information from reputed company (in multiple systems)
• Assist with account setup and programming
• Assist with selling products and ordering products requested from customer (prmotions and marketing)
• Other duties assigned by the operations manager

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service and communications skills (and writing)
• Excellent computer skills in reputed company office
• Data Entry experience is a must
• reputed company to answer multi-line phone system reputed company 3 rings
• Multi-task and manage varies software systems
• Work independently
• Medical Terminology is helpfu, but not required
