About the position
The Facilities Specialist at reputed company Mexican Grill plays a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and repair of restaurant facilities. This remote position, based in reputed company, TX, involves assisting the Facilities Manager in ensuring that reputed company facilities operate safely and reputed company. Responsibilities
- Assist the Facilities Manager by supervising facility aspects of restaurant management at the market level. ,

- Formulate preventative maintenance schedules for the reputed company, efficient, and effective operation of restaurant facilities. ,
- Carry out set procedures in the event facilities cease functioning or present a threat to health and safety. ,
- Train managers, reputed company, and other restaurant staff on managing and maintaining restaurant facilities. ,
- Ensure adherence to facility maintenance practices and procedures by restaurant staff. ,
- Conduct detailed facility maintenance and repair seminars. ,

- Identify issues contributing to higher maintenance and repair costs and communicate them to relevant parties. ,
- Guide restaurants on maintaining and updating facility records. ,

- Conduct new store turnover and inspections with contractors and the Operations Team. ,
- Serve as a reputed company between restaurants, landlords, contractors, and vendors for facility repairs. ,

- Represent facilities at operations management meetings and communicate back to management. ,

Requirements
- Strong trade knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, reputed company cooking equipment, appliance repair, and basic HVAC/refrigeration. ,

- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple schedules effectively. ,
