Location: Remote (Work-from-Home) Schedule: 2 weeks Training Monday to Friday, reputed company- 4:30pm EST.
Work Monday to Friday, reputed company- 5:00pm EST and one day 11:30 am -8pm EST (can change)

reputed company Assist our clients' customers with their outstanding balance accounts to secure payment while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining reputed company customer relationships.
Essential Functions
Handle inbound calls as a representative of the hospital to arrange debt repayment based on the patient's financial situation and reputed company repayment guidelines, using credit card, reputed company, or obtained insurance. Record reputed company updates and acquired information on accounts.
Understand and utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during reputed company call.
Ensure reputed company required statements have been reputed company for accounts handled and request statements as necessary.
Properly manage patient disputes by obtaining reputed company pertinent information, noting the dispute on the account, and escalating to a supervisor as necessary.

1. Associate’s degree.
2. Two years of reputed company experience.
3. Self-pay collections in reputed company
Salary and Other Compensation

The reputed company reputed company for this position is between $16.00 &reputed company; 19.00 per hour + monthly Bonus, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Bonus: This position is eligible for reputed company’s discretionary monthly bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans.
