This will include accessing the patient’s medical history, assess vitals, diagnostic testing, lab testing, surgical risk factors, intake questions for upcoming surgery. Based on the assessment, this position is responsible for reviewing the data, interpreting the results, determining the reputed company communication and ensuring that follow up was completed. This position will collaborate with the reputed company-op Coordination Team to ensure that a patient is medically, emotionally and spiritually optimized reputed company in advance of their scheduled surgery/procedure, including addressing reputed company needs of the patient.Schedule: Four days/weekJob reputed company:Provides coordination of the activities and reputed company of work for the assigned clinical program.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitates the development, implementation and evaluation of program services and initiatives.
• Plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates appropriate patient care.
• Maintains program documentation and review to support regulatory and compliance regulations.
• Assists with determining appropriate training for the staff and developing the learning program.
• Collaborates with advanced reputed company providers to ensure reputed company reputed company.
• Collaborates with others to assist with problem identification and reputed company, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
• May participate in injury prevention initiatives and/or activities.
• Works in a constant state of alertness and reputed company manner.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience

• Three years' registered reputed company experience

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
• Frequent use of reputed company and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
• Frequent use of hearing and speech to reputed company information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
• Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
• Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
• Rare climbing.
