• Collect and analyze data from calls
• Submit reporting pursuant to clients established processes and reporting structure.
• Software licensing/royalty knowledge/IP (preferred but not required)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science or Technology reputed company.
• Prior experience in Software Licensing
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills written and oral.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in reputed company-oriented setting, prioritize reputed company to meet tight deadlines.
