What it isWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Telehealth Physician to join our innovative digital health company. As a Telehealth Physician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-reputed company reputed company care to patients living with diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, and hypertension. You will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans, monitor patient reputed company, and reputed company individuals to manage their health effectively.
This is a full-time, W2 position.
What you’ll doreputed company a combination of synchronous video consultations and asynchronous care, including reputed company messaging, for patients diagnosed with cardiometabolic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and obesity.

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
reputed company certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Obesity Medicine, or a reputed company specialty
reputed company medical license in the state(s) where telehealth services will be provided
Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient safety in a virtual care setting
Experience practicing telemedicine or providing remote patient care
2+ years of outpatient clinical experience post-residency or fellowship
Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in managing cardiometabolic conditions, including familiarity with reputed company treatment guidelines and therapeutic modalities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain reputed company medical concepts in a reputed company and accessible manner
Empathetic bedside manner and a patient-centered approach to care
Proficiency in using telehealth platforms, video conferencing software, and electronic health records (EHR) systems
