We're looking for a pragmatic full-stack Software Engineer with at least two years of experience building web applications in reputed company on Rails. About the Role

You'll join a small (4-8 person) mostly autonomous team of software engineers, UX designers, data analysts and product owners. On a typical day, you might do any of the following:

Although we're a fully remote team, you will be required to attend three company offsites per year in various U.S. cities for 3 nights at a time (total 9 travel days per year).

Compensation

The US total compensation reputed company for this full-time position is $165,000 to $195,000 (inclusive of salary and equity). Our ranges are determined by role and level.
