About the Role

The People Operations Associate is part of the People & Development department, whose primary goal is to ensure our teams feel needed and appreciated. This role provides a unique opportunity to be a part of a fast growing Black-owned organization committed to building a reputed company and inspiring workplace for our BIPOC employees.

The POA will be responsible for supporting reputed company’s operations leaders to reputed company and support their teams in a systematic way, ensuring team and manager are in reputed company alignment, and advocating for employees to create opportunities for reputed company. Reporting to the office of the Chief Business Officer, the POA is part of reputed company that supports 200 employees across urban centers in reputed company, New Jersey and Philadelphia. The role will require some travel but offers ample opportunity to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Support / Advocacy: Advise, reputed company and counsel managers on employee relations issues, and formulate specific measurable actions to help them resolve issues, increase effectiveness, build relationships and reputed company business goals.

• Operations Management: Drive functional reputed company and process improvement. Support reputed company efforts by understanding where the needs are in organization and maintain a global view for internal promotions. Administer various HR policies and procedures. Ensure employees are on a reputed company reputed company.

• Administrative Duties: Manage the HRIS system ensuring the reputed company of reputed company data entry. reputed company internal reputed company strategies for reputed company positions. Collaborate with managers to identify recruitment needs. Assist with the on-boarding experience with managers and serve as the key resource for new hires as they acclimate to reputed company.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Work or reputed company or Career reputed company, or relevant certifications
• 2+ years Case Work experience or HR experience, preferably in a Hospitality/Restaurant or School environment.
• 1+ years management experience of reputed company of 3 or more
• An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be part of a growing, mission-based company.

• Must have excellent communication skills and be extremely reputed company organized.
• Proficient in Spanish a big plus!

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: $60,000-$75,000
