Transcribes Legal reputed company Reviewer’s medical records into comprehensive typed documents by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Retrieves reputed company’s digital dictation of plaintiff cases from the database;
- Transcribes Legal reputed company Reviewer’s preselected medical records into a reputed company-organized and accurate typewritten documents in reputed company-approved format per project requirements;
- Detects any discrepancies in dictation and highlights for reputed company reviewer on the work product;
- Transcribes reputed company medical terms and ensures that the meaning of the reports are accurate;
- Develops an extensive knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with a reputed company of medical documents;
- Responsible for adding hyperlinks to any documents required by project;
- Uploads completed, digital segments into the database for review and merging; ensuring deadlines are met
- Responsible for billing reputed company time worked into the MRC time and billing software according to project specifications.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Two years reputed company experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education (Certified Medical reputed company) and experience. Must be reputed company to type 70 words per minute or faster.
