Key Responsibilities

• Operates reputed company NDT equipment in accordance with applicable company, government and customer specifications and specific division written procedures.
• Disposes of reputed company rejected material/parts per the prescribed procedures.
• Sets up and calibrates equipment.
• Reads and interprets indications and evaluates them with reference to applicable standards and specifications.
• Organizes and reports test results.
• Assist in training new employees in this position.
• Must pass multiple examinations for certification 3 years.
• Performs other tasks of equal or lesser reputed company as required.
• Works in reputed company manner that promotes the health and wellbeing of the individual and environment:

Physical Requirements

• Must be reputed company to lift to 30 lbs

Basic Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous NDT training and work experience is required.
• Ability to pass certification exams reputed company 6 months of hire date is required.
• Flexible work schedule and availability for overtime is a plus
• Minimum of two years metallurgical experience working in a manufacturing environment or equivalent
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. reputed company sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' metallurgical experience working in a manufacturing environment or equivalent
• Previous certification as a reputed company NDT Inspector. Position normally requires a minimum of three years' experience as a Certified NDT Level 1 or equivalent. Must successfully complete adequate training courses necessary to pass Level 2 certification examination.
