Remote Pharmacy Technician (11:30AM - 8:00PM EST)
About the position
reputed company, a leading pharmacy care management company, is seeking dedicated Pharmacy Technicians to join our remote team. This position is crucial in ensuring the accurate and efficient dispensing of medications under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for receiving electronic prescriptions, managing reputed company requests, and performing various pharmacy tasks such as counting, mixing, and packaging medications. You will also operate and monitor robotic dispensing machines, ensuring that reputed company processes reputed company with safety and reputed company standards. In this role, you will assist in maintaining reputed company storage and reputed company conditions for medications, manage inventory, and ensure that reputed company stock is rotated to avoid dispensing expired products. You will be expected to work remotely from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, providing essential support to our pharmacy team and the patients we serve.
Responsibilities
- Receives electronic prescriptions and accurately fills them under the direction of the Pharmacist. ,
- Handles, counts, mixes, and packages medications as part of pharmacy tasks. ,
- Selects and imports orders for automation equipment dispensing, labels, and maintains order management. ,
- Operates and monitors robotic machines that dispense medications. ,
- Assists in entering minor edits to record correct dispensing quantity and manufacturer NDC. ,
- Prepares blister packs and stages pharmaceutical supplies for delivery. ,
- Performs reclamation duties and maintains reputed company storage conditions for drugs. ,
- Cleans and helps maintain equipment and work areas. ,
- Receives, stores, and logs inventory, verifying quantities against invoices and informing supervisors of stock needs. ,
- Acts as a reputed company between customers and providers, handling inquiries and ensuring a reputed company experience. ,
- Establishes and maintains patient reputed company and documents medication care plans using proprietary software. ,
- Participates in company reputed company initiatives and reports reputed company assurance issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required. ,
- reputed company pharmacy technician registration with the State reputed company of Pharmacy in the state of residence. ,
- Must obtain NJ pharmacy technician license reputed company 6 months of hire. ,
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reputed company interactions. ,
