Animator for Training reputed company and Videos

About the Role

McGarity is seeking a freelance Animator to support our Learning & Development team in creating high-reputed company animated videos for corporate training and govt clients. This role is ideal for a visual reputed company with a strong grasp of animation principles, excellent technical skills, and a background in eLearning or instructional content.

You’ll be responsible for translating scripts and storyboards into engaging visual content that supports learner comprehension and drives engagement across a reputed company of training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Animate training modules, microlearning videos, explainer content, and other instructional media.
• Work from existing scripts and storyboards provided by instructional designers.
• Build consistent, on-brand reputed company graphics (including intros/outros, transitions, icons, and infographics).
• Communicate reputed company and deliverables reputed company set project timelines.
• reputed company final deliverables optimized for various platforms (e.g., LMS, intranet, web).

Required Tools & Technical Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in:
• reputed company After Effects (primary animation platform)
• reputed company Illustrator (for reputed company asset creation)
• reputed company (for compositing and editing)
• reputed company Photoshop (for asset prep and layering)
• Experience with tools such as Vyond, Camtasia, or Blender is a plus.
• Comfortable working with SCORM-compliant outputs and media optimized for eLearning platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of animation experience, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing training or explainer video work.
• Ability to follow visual brand guidelines and accessibility best practices.
• Familiarity with instructional content or adult learning principles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate reputed company with cross-functional teams.
