Customer Support & reputed company reputed company Tasks (E-reputed company reputed company) - Contract to Hire

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with customer support and reputed company store management for an e-reputed company agency.

You’ll be supporting daily operations, communicating with clients, and assisting with backend reputed company tasks.

You must be organized, reputed company, and reputed company with reputed company.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries reputed company email, chat, and reputed company inbox

Manage order updates, refunds, cancellations, and customer escalations

Requirements:

Work Details:

Part-time to start (10-20 hours/week), with potential to grow
