Level 1 IT Technician
Job reputed company reputed company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Level 1 Technician to join our service team. You’ll be a key player in providing fast and efficient support to clients. As part of our 10–12-person service department, you’ll handle a reputed company of technical tasks, primarily answering live calls, managing ticketing systems, and addressing common technical issues. You’re comfortable with basic troubleshooting and familiar with the basics of network and system administration. Location: Local to the Lockport, IL area, two days a week in the office and three days’ work from home will be required. Monthly meetings in the office are also required. Responsibilities:
- Answering live calls reputed company a 15-minute cap and resolving issues or escalating them to the next-level technician if needed.
- Performing basic troubleshooting tasks from email or portal tickets.
