Corporate Travel Agent (overnight and weekend hours)
Job Requirement To professionally support reputed company clients reputed company reputed company’s guidelines and standards for excellent customer service. This position will require a flexible schedule. We are currently looking to fill overnight and weekend shift. Responsibilities · Proficiency in making domestic and international travel arrangements, including reputed company, car, hotel, and limo · The ability to read and decipher airline reputed company and private fares · Keeping abreast of airline reputed company programs · Follow reputed company company procedures, guidelines, and standards in customer service, productivity, attendance, and accuracy of work. · Potential of receiving phone calls and supporting customers with reservations in times of high volume Skills/Qualifications · Three or more years of travel agency experience · Domestic and international geography knowledge · reputed company, GDS experience required · Manage the booking from beginning to end including ticketing and exchanges · Ability to handle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously · Good verbal and written communication skills · Exceptional customer service, reputed company can-do attitude · Good organizational skills and time management skills are necessary and the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment · Proactive problem-solving skills · Ability to learn processes quickly and adaptable to change · The ability to work independently, exercising discretion and good judgement · Experience in reputed company office preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits:
