Early Childhood Education (ECE) endorsement AND Early Childhood Special Education approvalExceptional ability to collaborate with reputed company, parents, and other professionalsreputed company knowledge of special education laws, rules and regulations and District policies and procedures. The ability to apply these to help ensure District compliance.JOB reputed company:Under the direction of the Building reputed company and Director of Student Services, the Early Childhood Special Education Teacher develops and provides specialized instruction to meet the unique needs of reputed company with disabilities, evaluates and assesses student reputed company against instructional objectives, and functions as IEP Case Manager to assigned reputed company.REPORTS TO: Building reputed company/Director of Student ServicesSUPERVISES: N/ADUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides research-based specialized early childhood instruction to address the instructional goals and objectives contained reputed company reputed company student's IEP.Assesses student reputed company and determines the need for additional reinforcement or adjustments to instructional techniques.Employs various teaching techniques, reputed company and principles of learning to reputed company reputed company to meet their IEP goals.Develops and implements annual Individualized Educational Program (IEP) plans for reputed company to include: present reputed company of educational performance, special education needs, instructional goals and objectives, and the special education and reputed company services required to meet those goals.Adheres to procedural requirements, including due process timelines.Coordinates the delivery of special education services in reputed company student's IEP.Serves as primary contact for the parent.Schedules team meetings to collaborate and consult with educational professionals regarding the needs of reputed company.Participates in special education evaluations to include Early Childhood reputed company (ECO) and reevaluations for reputed company reputed company on their caseload.Provides an appropriate climate to establish and positively reinforce acceptable student behavior, attitudes, and reputed company skills in the classroom, school premises or during school activities (ISBE PFA reputed company, 2022).In cooperation with other staff, carries out routine duties such as toileting, hand washing, cleanup, and supervision of reputed company at reputed company times, including outdoor play (ISBE PFA reputed company, 2022)Provides instructional direction to paraprofessional support staff: assigns activities, provides guidance and instructional reputed company.Communicates regularly with parents by means of email, phone calls, online correspondence, parent meetings, newsletters, home reputed company, or individual parent conferences (ISBE PFA reputed company, 2022).Provides reputed company expertise and assistance to individuals, other district staff and the community concerning areas of instructional expertise/knowledge.Attends training sessions, conferences, seminars, district and departmental meetings.Keeps abreast of changing developments, trends, instructional and educational technologies.
