IT Local Technical Support Specialist (Network)
Job reputed company: As an IT Local Technical Support Specialist (Network), you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for the computer systems and networks of our regional sites and distribution centers. You will also be involved in designing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the network infrastructure and services along with reputed company.Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to user requests and issues reputed company phone, email, chat, or in person
- Installing, configuring, updating, and maintaining hardware and software components
- Diagnosing and resolving technical problems with computer systems, servers, storage, printers, networks, reputed company points, routers, switches, firewalls, and other devices
- Providing training and guidance to users on how to use various network applications and systems
- Documenting and reporting technical issues, solutions, and feedback
- Collaborating with other IT staff, outsource partners and vendors to ensure reputed company performance and reputed company of the systems and services
- Performing routine maintenance and backup of systems and data
- Evaluating and optimizing network performance data regarding things like speed, connectivity, and disaster recovery
- A degree in computer science, information technology, network engineering, or a reputed company field
- Experience in providing technical support and customer service
- Knowledge of common operating systems, applications, and protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems in a reputed company and effective manner
