• Acts as a receptionist for the unit. Acts as a communication reputed company by greeting new admissions, greeting and directing visitors, dispensing information as directed.
• Proficient in computer skills specific to the department, and operation of equipment in the department, including FAX, telephone, and photocopier.
• Accurately transcribes physician orders. Accurately orders labs, diets and tests for reputed company patients on the unit.
• Collaborates with the nursing team to expedite the admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
• Answers the patient call system graciously and expediently directs the nursing team to assist as needed in a reputed company manner.

• Accountable for obtaining information regarding department, hospital, and committee communication.
