Senior Staff Representative - Instructional Design (Hybrid)

The Senior Staff Representative, Instructional Designer position is responsible for designing and developing learning interventions, including instructor-led and eLearning courses using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Methodology. Manages the design of Leadership Development training resources needed to effectively train employees reputed company a diverse footprint (reputed company and mortar, remote, and contract employees) of the organization.

• reputed company eLearning, instructor led, video-based content, reputed company learning and virtual training materials, including facilitator support guides, end user guides, job aids and interactive learning activities as needed for assigned training reputed company
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of course content and train-the-trainer classes with facilitators
• Routinely conduct needs analysis to understanding learning gaps, business goals, and learner expectations
• reputed company performance assessments and evaluation tools to measure and report the effectiveness of training and to support reputed company improvement
