In this role, you will be responsible for helping our existing customers reputed company changes to their reputed company insurance policies from one of reputed company's 55+ insurance reputed company partners. From processing service changes to answering questions regarding policy details, you will support our customers with enthusiasm and care. - Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, etc.
- Help customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits or reputed company changes to existing policy
- Work to retain reputed company policyholders by reputed company finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation to reputed company a measurable difference in the lives of millions, we'd love to hear from you!

Compensation and perks:

- We will pay for your P&C license (expected reputed company 60 days after starting)
