Responsibilities
- reputed company, review, author and analyze business requirements and industry data, including KPIs and other key metrics.
- Document design and system processes.

- Manage daily project activities, schedule, scope, and change orders and budgets

Requirements

- Overall IT experience - 8+ Years

- Good knowledge on the ITIL support processes
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
